He likes to criticize the stimulus package....BUT
"After repeated denials, Paul Ryan has admitted he requested stimulus cash even after sharply criticizing the program."
Your conservative rag may like what he said but if you actually listened you would know that he lied about Medicare. He lied about the Recovery Act. He lied about the deficit and debt. He even dishonestly attacked Barack Obama for the closing of a GM plant in his hometown of Janesville, Wisconsin -- a plant that closed in December 2008 under George W. Bush. He also failed to offer one constructive idea about what he would do to move the country forward.
Having candidates who believe the ends justifies the means is very disturbing.
If Romney and Ryan are willing to lie publicly in order to persuade people to vote for them, what will they do in private when no one is looking.
No wonder Romney won't share his tax returns.

Well in Romney's world if the facts don't fit the theory - just make up new facts. How long before the press starts screaming "LIARS" and calls them on the made up facts?
All of 'em only read what their hired writers tell them.
If a candidate really said what they 'know' it would be a short speech.

Make up facts? Like Romney being responsible for that woman dying of cancer? Or Romney being a felon? Or Obama creating jobs?
Face it - the media will scream that the Republicans are LIARS before the Republicans even open their mouths.

Big Difference between an ad created by a Super Pac and standing on a stage before the nation looking straight into the camera and repeating a dumb story about a factory closing than any 4th grader can check.
That said we all know ALL politicians lie and the media does too - cuz it's a human thing.
Or obama being a kenyan socialist who hates white people wants to take your guns, impregnate our daughters and turn america into nazi germany.......you mean those kinda fabrications?

Sarge...that's the Republican way....the Republican Party has not seen a candidate for office that would think for himself, plan his own strategy or select his own cabinet since Nixon. After that debacle, the Republican Party instituted an central command and control system using party money to keep all their candidates at all levels of government working on the same points, repeating the same skewed information and toeing the party line. It is very organized party. Of course, some of the marbles fall out of the bag, like Rick Perry not remembering the party's position on certain points, the little witch Christine is another example. Don't forget there was that Youtube guy screaming at the top of his lungs because he was given his points without the benefit of a rehearsal and help from a handler.
I detected a collective "Oh, crap" from Democrats. No Sarah Palin, Ryan is a new Republican super star. Obama excited the Dems four years ago. While Obama is sounding flat, Ryan sounds sharp and oh his game.

The fact that the Republican Convention had to use my own state's embarrassment, Michelle Bachman, as a convention speaker suggests that the party is weak and Ryan and the rest of theRepublicans have a real uphill battle ahead.
I would have thought that your state's embarrassment would either have been the Vikings or that clown you sent to Washington as a senator.
Your thinking of Sarah or Cain! Huntsman or Rice as an example are very bright! GOP has some very smart people, unfortunately the Tea party does not like smart and we are stuck with the idiots! very sad.

You should write for one of those far left liberal rags! You seem to have vision only out of your left eye!

Romney, whose grandparents LEFT THIS COUNTRY so they could practice polygamy, seemed like a robot. He's weird. Didn't connect with Americans.
I hate Obama, too, but Romney looked like sh#t.
