Located at longitude -75.952170 and latitude 44.625880, would the Milky Way ever appear in my section of sky. Thanks in advance. REJ

Yes ,though it’s getting a little late in the year for the galactic center.
I have shot Milky Way pics at Taquamenon in October.

Edit: Guardineer makes a good point, light pollution may be an issue. I tried your long-latt in google maps but didn’t get a location.

Look to the South about 10 pm (between Jupiter SSW and Saturn SSE). Find an area free of city light polution. Allow time to adjust your eyes to night vision, a half hour in near darkness, to appreciate the night sky. The sky will be darkest between 11 pm and moonrise which will be about 2am

Get the Photopils app on your phone. It'll tell you.

Can't say, but I use Stellarium as my finder/guidance program.
Helps me go-to anything in my field of view for my location.
