SD card not downloading

I am a camera novice and just got an RX10iv. Shot it for the first time today. I did both videos and stills. I removed the sd card (sdxc 64 class 10) and tried to download first to a Mac laptop and then to my iPhone. All photos downloaded but no videos. Back into the camera and I can see all videos.
Any idea of what I am missing?

How are you downloading the files? You might want to try Sony's program "Play Memories" which downloads both still pix and videos.

There is a good chance that the video is in a separate folder on the card. You may have to select it, then download.

Can you connect the camera to the Mac and "see" the folder structure of the memory card? Bill de is correct, the MP4 files are probably in a different folder. In Finder, search the card for MP4.
