This is a Genuine PENTAX 2X extender - "rear converter K T6-2X" - in K mount #23396 made by Asahi in Japan in mint minus condition. Comes with front and rear caps and a non-OEM leather case. I used it when I had the 300mm f4 green star lens that I was adapting to Sony.
