Since changing from ADSL to NBN I no longer receive the daily digest from Uglyhedgehog as well as other regular emails. My provider (OPTUS) say it is not their problem. AS a test could one or 2 members please PM me to say that they have read this message, it would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance, Wally.
No problem. It seems to me it may be your provider ie Telstra, Optus, TPG etc.
Our problem has been reduced speed, compared to our previous cable, and intermittent random dropouts, especially in the earlier days ( I suspect as they quickly throw a switch to connect a new party.) I hope it is resolved.
I will not bore you with all the problems we have had since switching to NBN. It has taken over 3 weeks to to get our phone to receive calls from providers other than Optus,

I haven't received mine for over 3 weeks now (its just something that happens about every couple of month)!
Maybe you got tossed in “jail” because one of your items got accidentally put in spam. That will do you in for ten or so days.
