I hope the artist in question gets legal advice from actual lawyers.
In this instance, If one can not post their own photos or works they have done or colorized then they shouldn't be posting others works without giving credit where credit is due. This person is simply riding coat tails attempting to attract attention for something he/she has done. as this person may or may not be talents in art or photgraphy themselves. Although his/her colorizations may be good. the point remains it not of his own work. I would avoid making any sort of comments. In other words. join tumblr and all you see are "kids" forwarding you photos to others to attract attention and they never give those who need credit for the work. Mind you I'm on tumblr simply because the format is good for how I wanted my pictures to be laidout.
