Film to DVD/CD

I have found 3 old films, I think they are 8mm ones, I wounder if anyone knows of a place or someone who cold put these to a disk?

Probably your local camera store (not Walmart!) would be able to make you copies or would know someone who does. You can also google!

that would be good, only this town of Rosamond does not have anything like that, and wal-mart is only 13 miles south of here.

I just finished a roll of 24 and had it processed at Ritz Camera - they gave me the negatives and a DVD for $8. You could check online with Ritz or other photo stores to see if they convert negatives to DVD and how to send. Also, Ritz gave me the option of low or high resolution on the DVD - high res is more expensive.

it's good to know that they are online, as there are NO one here in Rosamond, that does anything like that, in fact we only have one story that does anything and it's just the super market.

Just google "8mm film to dvd". You'll get lots of hits for companies that do this type of thing. Like this one, for example http://www.homedvd.ca/

I live in Rosamond and we are 13 mils north of Lancaster, as I can't drive anyplace as I don't have a car, there is no bus down to your area. If you look on a map, look for Edwards AFB and you'll see that we are east of that base.

that place is only 20 miles away and there is no bus to reach it with, not having a car, I just can't way down there.
