Nice ones. If you still want great pictures of the city skyline and bridges head over to Brooklyn Heights. Then go to the Promenade. The views of lower manhattan and the bridges are fantastic. Night time is really something else.

On our visits to Manhattan I kept trying to convince our hostess to take us to Brooklyn at night but she didn't want to go. We did go to Red Hook one afternoon...not quite as exciting or photographic.

Also try Gantry park in Long Island City. Across the East River from U.N. Spectacular images both day and night midtown Manhattan

I doubt that we'll ever return to NYC but thanks for all the suggestions for photo locations.

Not true. All neighborhoods are not bad. A lot of wonderful places to see. Great history. Right now there a terrible political situation in place.

I agree with everything you say but being an old country boy whose habits and likes are set in place it is unlikely that I could adapt this late in my game. Thanks for trying!
