Offering for sale: Tamron SP 150-600mm F/5-6.3 Di VC model A011 (First Generation) for Nikon F mount.
Asking $450.00 which includes U.S.P.S. shipping to the lower 48 United States only. Included in the purchase are the lens, front and rear caps, original hood, original box and instructional papers, shipping (USPS only to the lower 48 United States), Insurance, tracking number and signature required costs.
Lens was purchased new around October 2014 from an online United States seller. It came with a 6 year warranty. However, the warranty paperwork was lost in a fire several months ago.
The lens operates smoothly and lock function works correctly.
The lens is NOT without faults.
It has some internal dust and dried condensation on inside of the outer glass. A desiccant bag has always been placed with the lens when not in use.
I am also submitting photos for your evaluation.
I have done my best to describe the issues this lens. It is not perfect by any means. If interested PM me here.
Johnna

I have one. The design draws in a lot of dust during zooming. However, you can clean it by removing the front element group from the barrel. I believe you need a #2 Torx bit to undo the tiny screws on the barrel. YouTube has videos showing how that is done. Be careful to mark and save the little metal spacers on each screw. Once the assembly is out, you can usually blow off the dirt and use lens cleaner to clean the back surface. My lens had probably 10 times more specks of dust than yours. The whole process took me about half an hour. Good luck with the sale.

Thanks so much for the info. I may give it a try if it doesn't sell as is.
