I have Luminar 2018, and would like to know, if there is a free upgrade to Luminar 2019? The company doesn't have a phone support number.

I received an Email from them, offering a discount for $49, to upgrade, and so I tried to order it. The Tab, however, was grayed out, and it wouldn't let me continue.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem initially and sent an email complaining and the next day went through the same ordering process and it worked. Did not receive any email/comments from them, just worked the next time I tried ordering. Good luck!!

Who did you send the email to? I tried to send them a message, but it only gave categories, and again, it wouldn't let me send or write a message.

Luminar 19, is there such a thing? My upgrade was to Luminar 3....

I just noticed that they are calling it Luminar 4.

There is a Luminar 2018, Luminar 3 and new fall release Luminar 4. There is also and Aurora HDR 2019 from Skylum, but not part of Luminar series.

In Luminar 2018, select the help button, then check for upgrades. That should get you the free upgrade to Luminar 3.

I think the charge is for a plug in. I believe it's called, Flex.

If you're using Luminar 2018 there is a free upgrade to Luminar 3. Go to the File menu. There should be a choice for "check for upgrades". You should find the free-bee there.
As for Luminar 4 - it's out for pre-orders now at a discount. Tje release is in the fall

Also had trouble logging in to order the new version. Was able finally to log in and order the new version. I emailed them at support@skylum.com and through the web page. I did receive an answer. The new version is not for flex but an update with automatic sky enhancements. Period

Hi the upgrade is to Luminar 3. I upgraded but kept Luminar 18 as well. Personally, I don't like Luminar 3 a lot. However many on this site and elsewhere swear by it. There is an update from 3 - 4 being offered at a discounted price right now.

Email support, they’ll work it out for you

Sorry, didn’t read the other posts. The Luminar after 2018 is Luminar 3.
All the programs they make still work, 2018, Creative Kit, etc.
