My husband and I spent a couple of days touring Gettysburg. There is so much history there where one of the crucial battles of the Civil War occurred. There is a beautiful new visitors center and lots to see.

there are many canons left all over the battlefield area

one of the original buildings that stood during the battle, now part of Gettysburg College

Another original building, now part of Lutheran Theological Seminary
