I visited Bolton Abbey recently, it was a Cistercian monastery but is now in ruins, it is set in a beautiful area in the Yorkshire Dales. There nice walks along the river Wharfe and through the surrounding woods
Bolton Abbey is part of the Duke of Devonshire Estates which also include Chatsworth in Derbyshire and Lismore Castle in Ireland.
I hope you enjoy this small collection.
This is first view to be seen on entering the Estate.

my favourite place, well done
Nice area. Thanks for the tour.
All of them are very nice. I do not know if you are familiar with Derek Forss an Olympus mentor and visionary who participates on a regular basis in workshops around the United Kingdom.
He has very beautiful and instructive videos using Olympus cameras and lenses in You Tube that you could find interesting.
