This was the 9th annual show held in Gig Harbor, WA. It was the first time I made it to the show and had a great time. They had a bunch of Classic Cars as well as Aircraft on display and some of the aircraft put on a pretty good show.
Here are a few of the wings selections.
This big boy was not at the static display but managed to do a fly by from the nearby Joint Base Lewis McChord across the sound.

I'm not sure about the ability of these pilots, seems most of them are not even able to keep the wheels towards the ground.

They removed the main rotor blade from this Huey and attached an anti gravity device so the enemy can't hear them approaching.

Thank you for sharing these. I like the fifth photo best of all for color and composition, altho it lacks one of your clever humorous captions.
Excellent captures...thanks for sharing!!
Dave .., I can see from your great shots that you had one heck of a day ...., thnx for posting ..,
These are great and loved your captions. Found the third one very interesting because I had never heard of an anti gravity device on a helo.
I never realized an A-1 could fold its wings fully loaded with ordinance. Undeniable proof with your photo. Nice work.
WOW....love those composites and those old planes.....more please !!!!!!!
Do you have any idea what model the big boy is. I have never seen engines like those.
