After a month of no rain, then a week of showers, these popped up in my front yard. Thought I saw a picture.

I set my camera on auto, placed it on the ground and used my remote shutter release. This is one of six.

I'm new to UHH. My first entry

This is a good idea, but I find the porch distracting. Did you plan the structure in the background, or was that a surprise once you viewed on your PC?

Backgrounds become very important in PP, and must be noticed at time of capture.

Nice shot and a good idea to shoot low. Agree with the above comments, but you are doing fine.

Good shot, mushrooms are always fun. It's hard to think of the background when you're focused on the subject.

You are right. I should have known better. Problem is I've been away from photography for about 20 years and just getting back into it. It's amason how much you forget.

Thank you for your remarks.

Would you mind if I added you to my Buddy list?

:D
