The first one looks like a '62 Chrysler Newport, the "entry level" Chrysler. My Dad had a '62 Dodge 880 that was a Chrysler Newport with a Dodge front end. It had a push button automatic and 361 cubic inch V-8 with a 2 barrell carb. We called it the White Flash.
