I enjoy the silky images of waterfalls. Yours are tastefully captured. Great work.

Here are a few more photos from my Waterfalls Workshop, June 23-26 in the Ithaca/Watkins Glen area. All were taken with my Nikon D7000 with the 18-55 mm DX G ED VRII lens, variable ND filter, f/16-20, 6-10 second exposure, manual focus, ISO 100. As always, C/C welcome! (P.S. - best viewed on a LARGE monitor!)

These are beautiful images! Please don't take this the wrong way, but the greens seem a little bold. I'm wondering if you wondered about that or is it my monitor?

I’d say it’s because we were shooting on cloudy days so the lighting was really diffuse on the foliage. I didn’t use a polarizing filter so its more bold. It had rained the night before so that was probably a contributing factor. And, of course, the mist and spray from the falls were unavoidable shooting that close!
