Can anyone replace the background with a solid color using Adobe photoshop? This gentleman has passed away and I would like to give his son a keepsake music box with his dad's photo and his dad's favorite quote on it. I would like to remove the existing background.

Use clone facility to spread the dark brown panel all over the background.
