Up for sale is a like new Nikon D800 with only 943 clicks. I have sold all my other gear which consisted of 3 cameras and several lenses. I have decided, like so many others here, to give it up after over 45 years. This is my last piece of gear. It is a USA camera that has very seldom been used. After having two d810s, I didn’t use this camera. Now it is time to let it go after selling all the fx lenses. I have bought a P&S camera( lol). I have with this sale the box, data cables, manuals -like new, camera strap, battery and charger. The lcd has had a vello protector on since day one. I will accept paypal, money order or check. If any questions or additional info needed, please pm me. Price reduced again to sell...
Price—- $875.00 plus shipping.

I'm somewhat interested. Was sold on a 750. Other than wifi and an articulating screen what's missing from the 800? Iso? Don't care about fps.

Interested in your thoughts.

Both are great cameras. I personally chose the d800/D810 over the 750. The articulating screen wasn’t a need for me personally in my work. My choice was based on max sensor resolution, max shutter speed, shutter life and having 2 d810s with similar menu layouts. Thx for looking.

I use a D7500 if I want a fast shot as it's light and always around. I also have the D810 and like it very much. Both cameras have a similar feel and for me that's important so I'm not fumbling around trying to figure out another camera. So what are you settling out with now that you're getting rid of your big cameras? I've used point and shoot cameras on vacations some years ago and placed it in my small fanny pack. I had three of them and two died, the last one I gave to the kids. I cannot go back to the smaller cameras anymore. My D7500 with the 35mm f1.8 is light and full featured. Are you sure you want to go tiny?

Yes I am very sure. For over 40 years I have been using dslrs. As I have gotten older I can feel the weight of the dslrs and heavy lenses. I have had 3 d810s and they are very good cameras. However, since I no longer shoot professionally, I am not in need of a dslr. I am now shooting a Sony RX 10 1V. The D 800 is the last piece of equipment I own. I am thinking of reducing the price to $950 so that I can move it as soon as possible. Since I shot with the d810s, the d800 has sat in a bag for a very long time. It is time to let it go. Thx for your reply.
