CS5 lens correction data missing.

I reloaded CS5 when I changed over to windows 10. (Computer crash)

when I process raw files with CS5 the lens correction data is not present.
It was there when I was using CS5 with windows 7.

I purchased windows CS5 disk to upgrade from elements 8 some time ago.
But I don't think this should make a difference.
To install CS5 I first have to install elements 8 and then CS5.

Where do I look in CS5 set up menu to activate the lens correction data Or should I uninstall CS5 and install again?
Can this data be downloaded from Adobe?

there is no noticeable difference when using macro lenses but there is when using my 24-120 lens.

I'd contact Adobe...there may be a easy fix or it could be like I had, my Windows 7 was not compatible with the new version of Photoshop. In order for me to use the latest and greatest PS I had to upgrade to Windows 10. So I sucked it up and upgraded my entire system. Of course when I up graded mine, I HAD to upgrade my wife's computer too. Despite the fact Photoshop grade included in my subscription it cost me a few thousand to upgrade computers. What we think should be Bing Bang upgrade turns out to be a huge issue costing us all. Heck during my upgrade to Windows 10 I had to replace two perfectly good printers. After contacting HP, neither computer had a driver that would be compatible with Window 10. So the two printer became huge paper weights. Windows 10 doesn't play well with old software or equipment. Good luck with getting your issue solved.

There is something really wrong, the statement that you have to install Elements 8 first to be able to install CS5 does not make any sense at all!

probably you had a later version of Adobe Camera Raw in your old installation of cs5.

you can try and see if there is an upgraded version of Adobe Camera Raw for CS5.

Otherwise you might try installing adobe bridge or maybe the dng converter.

Camera and lens profiles are small but numerous files its a little challenging but you can add these profiles into an older version of adobe camera raw (they are essentially parameters in a file.

Have you even tried to download the data?
