I have a question for anyone owning one of these two printers. The specs say the maximum sheet size is
13" X 19". Can a panoramic image be printed that is longer than 19" if the sheet was fed through the single sheet feeder? I called B&H and asked a computer sales rep, and he said no, you can only do that if a printer has a paper roll feeder on it.
I looked on the Canon website and I could not find anything that indicated if a longer print could be made or not. Epson lists the maximum print area of their P600 as 13" X 129" with a roll feeder attached.
Red River Paper lists 13x38" panoramic paper on their website, and they also say that they will cut a specific paper sizes for you.
I was just wondering if any Canon users of these two models can provide an answer to my question. If not, I will call Canon tomorrow and ask them.
Thanks in advance. Vince
Thanks for the link Bill. I should have thought of checking Jose's website myself.
This is surprising. Canons competition's printers will accept roll paper.
