changing information

What am I overlooking when I try to add information to my profile? I enter the information to complete it but it does not accept it. There must be a button or something to push that I am not seeing.

Each area of your profile has an 'update' button down below. If you change something, scroll down a bit and press ' update '

That worked on the information now I will have to figure out the avatar.

Here I am again; unable to add an avatar. Aleast I am assuming that an Avatar is a picture.

You have to browse to a picture you want as your avatar. Once you have identified the picture you OPEN it and the path shows on the screen in the previously blank box. Then click UPDATE.
