Capture One and composites.
I understand Capture One lacks the capability of creating composites, simply because one cannot load more than one image at a time. I have search the Internet for answers and I keep coming empty handed; I also noticed there are no tutorials on the subject. Can someone shed some light on this matter?

Capture One can't produce composites. Capture One is a parametric editor. An ability to composite multiple images is typically done using a pixel editor like PS or Affinity.

CO1 is a great editor. It has some limitations as you noticed. This why most use at least one other processing in addition to CO1. I also use Zoner Photo Studio.
You may want to use CO1 support and see what they say. They have a series of things to do that can get you what you want.
Capture One does have a good interface with Affinity (which is what I use) and Photoshop where you can create composites. You right click on a photo in C1, and use the "edit with" command. Unfortunately you have to upload one photo at a time. (Or there is a way to upload multiples that I haven't figured out yet.)
Once you create your composite, just hit "save" and it saves right back into the same Capture One folder as a Tiff.
CaptureOne is not Photoshop. It never was intended to be. It is a Raw processor with a large host of powerful professional editing and cataloging features and is the least destructive processor available. Professionals with large editing tasks have used it for years. I've been using their cameras and software for over 15 yrs

I love Capture One, but at the end of the day it is not a raster image editor, like Photoshop, or to some degree like On1 - both of which have parametric raw editing and conversion and raster image editors with true layering and other tools necessary for things like compositing.
You won't see any raw converter that can work on more than one image at a time and somehow merge the (other than HDR or Panorama in Lightroom/Adobe Camera Raw).
It's one of the many things that prevent C1, Lightroom and other raw converters from being regarded as "complete" editing solutions - because they really aren't.
As I said, C1 was never intended to be photoshop. It's a raw processor and it does a damn good job.
