Text Translator App Real Time instant conversion?

Planning trip to Europe and need advice concerning an app that will translate signs, menus, etc in real time using the camera on my Samsung7. For some reason Google Translate doesn't work (it asks me to highlight text then works from there). Years ago I had an ap that was amazing...instantly changing foreign text into English using the phone's camera. It was so convenient to be in a restaurant and just scan the menu with my phone and like magic the foreign words and phrases were changed into English. Anything like this available?

I recall using an app several years ago that was like in video mode, instantly on the screen changing the text from foreign language to English. It was amazing but I can't find anything like it now.

Got the answer I needed...I had to download the language files to get instant translation. Appreciate help above.
