So they don't understand that "acts of God" are excluded in their coverage?

no where in policy is the term "act of god" used....lightning, wind, all assorts of acts of god are covered you can buy flood coverage. it's a legal contract and very specific whose terms have been hammered out in court for decades. the problem is people treat it like a commodity and fail to get good advice.

What's funny about it?

They have a theme park and on the property there has been a road washing out and they are seeking to get the insurance company to settle.

I guess fairness and not taking those easy pot shots is only a good thing when Christians aren't the target.

I was in the insurance business in Pennsylvania and the Amish & Mennonites had their own solution to insurance , which depended on mutual aid and a 'no sue" liability policy, but there was a contract so they could satisfy the laws requiring insurance and protect the public. I guess the new fundamentals believe in god and 10%. not the word they tout.

Christians aren’t supposed to have insurance like everybody else?

That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever read

I think the town “floated” a bond since it would create tourism.

Yes...and it's done that in spades. The state is very happy with them.

Ken Ham is a huckster, enriching himself through his ministry while exploiting those who disavow science and substitute faith for reason.

Google "Ken Ham huckster", read and decide for yourself. The decision is easy.

I don't need to "google ken ham huckster" I've met him. I've read his stuff for many many years and I understand what he's trying to do and why which is why I call 100% BS on your suggestion.
