Typically British.

Just got the programme through for my local club next season. Our 2nd competition is TYPICALLY BRITISH.
I've got a few ideas but I'm thinking that what I'm thinking is what a lot of others are thinking too.
So I'm asking Hedgehoggers (non U.K.) what do you think is typically British?
I'm thinking of RAIN, Sports Car (AH Frogeye Sprite or TR6), Red Telephone Kiosk (though none have phones in these days), Old London Bus, Full English Breakfast, Afternoon Tea etc.
Looking forward to hearing what 'forgieners' have to say!
It's my first year in the Intermediate classification and I want to make a statement.
Thanks.
To me, it's the palace guards. When I was there one of the guards asked me to take his picture, and then send a copy to him. He said that so many people take their picture, but they never get to see them.
The bus and an umbrella are the first to pop into my mind.

I stopped at TR6. We had one decades ago.

I think a gentlemen drinking a cup of tea in a red telephone kiosk or on one of the double decker buses in the rain and a bowler holding an umbrella with a stiff upper lip.
Too much?
Imoh the most iconic British items and great subjects are cars (Jag XKE, TR3), London double decker buses, the red phone booths, architecture and some of your beautiful countryside. Perhaps you might get some better ideas if we knew where you might be shooting. Good luck and please post some of your captures.
For me it is the transportation choices. I especially liked the trains, their stations and the walking bridges to get over the nearest sets of tracks.
A nice cask conditioned ale in a centuries old pub works for me.
How about fox hunting? Is that still legal in the UK?
I know I'm not going to be of any help, but...
Stonehenge or--The first clean shot of Nessie!!! :-)

The small town pub, the center of village life. All the tables filled, with all the patrons enjoying their warm beer and jovially discussing small town gossip, politics and the local sports teams.
Just my vision.
