Depends on the camera. What camera?
64Gb will not work in mine. Probably not XC either?
If the camera will handle an XC version and 64Gb, yes.
Memory is memory as far as files (RAW & JPEG) are concerned.
You just have to ensure that your camera model will be able to use it.

Forgot to mention my Camera is a Nikon D3300 Crop-Sensor DSLR, I have never used any Memory card higher than 32gb. So, I am not sure if a SDXC 64gb will work for me.

Does the manual have any indication as to max size or type (like SDHC vs.SDXC)?
EDIT: According to this, yes, it should work.

Yes, a Nikon D3300 will support SDXC 64 Gb memory and you should be able to store almost 1000 32 Mb images.
https://havecamerawilltravel.com/photographer/memory-card-recommendations-nikon-d3300/But, since the D3300 has only 1 memory card slot, I would be worried about keeping that many eggs in one basket.
Why do you want to use such a large card? See the above post about eggs and baskets.
It's on page 310 and 367 of the D3300 owner's manual. The SanDisk Extreme Pro SDXC 64gb is compatible. The capacities shown are for a 16GB card.

I use the Ultra 80MB/s SDXC I 1 10 64GB by Sandisk. If I remember correctly, completely, the numbers on card have to do with transference speed and whether or not the card should be used to record video. The number in the circle(in this case 10) indicates usage for video - the higher the better(I think; you can easily check this out on company site).
I have used the card in the d5100 - 1.4k pictures at RAW and JPEG fine combination setting and now in the d500 - 951 pictures with same image setting. D5100 is 16mp and d500 is 20mp; more MPs per picture ergo less pictures. Have three and switch them out with no problems yet.

Speaking from personal experience; when using a single memory camera, a large capacity card is better equipped as a back-up or a file transfer/storage than to be used as the main memory.
It was actually by default that i use several 16mb cards because it came free with the camera and when i bought extras, it was the only size available.
I had a card die while making a file transfer but because i was using several cards for the trip, i lost only the images on that card. Although it was an irreplaceable loss, it would have been a greater nightmare if I was using only a single large capacity card.

I want to learn RAW+JPEG and it requires much memory.

Mainly, a Photography friend suggested to me, that if I want to "Shoot" RAW+JPEG I would need a lot of storage space, and that is what he uses for all of his RAW+JPEG images.
Now saying that, I have not yet shot any RAW+JPEG images with my Nikon D3300 Camera, but I acquired a SDXC Extreme Pro 64gb with 170mb/s, from B&H Photo (My experience= reliable quality) for that purpose for the price of 18.99 + Tax & Shipping = $23.84
Would you happen to know the RAW+JPEG storage capacity of this 64gb memory card?

when you put in card and set the card settings in the camera it will tell you how many.
