The and Now.....
This building used to say "REDMOND UNION HIGH SCHOOL". i attended high school there from 1956 to 1961. Now I just pay traffic tickets there... last on for seat belt, about a year ago.
The exterior facade of this building has been retained for the conversion. Not wanting to change the look, the interior was gutted and a steel framework built inside for the City Hall operation. This happened over the last few years.
The city owned the building from long before I graduated.
Testing and configurin new Fujifilm X trans camera with the Fuji 16-50 zoom lens. Got it cheap, as it was recovered in BLOOD red covering... Ugly as sin. Why do people do these horrible cosmetic conversions.
The last two pix are of a Publie Art project on the site. Lot's of that in the newly rebuilt building.
Its good you have the school to look at for the memories, every school building I attended 1st thru 12th has been torn down, hope it wasn't me.
