I love the shots in terms of poses but the lighting is too dark. A lot of the detail of dark on dark is lost, especially the shoes against the dark background, which would definitely add to the mood of each shot.

Numbers 2 - 5 are great shots... best I have seen from you to date.

And you know my criticism of #1... it's not the cigarette.

I will now bore most of the Hog viewers. The cigarette comes from a great friend now in Cali name of Curtis. Curt read voraciously, mostly what are called Dime Novels or more modern term Pulp Fiction. Curt was fascinated with this genera of literature. He would purchase from a Southside book seller, returning his pile of books. He read some 3 to 5 of these a day.

There was always cover art, mostly cheap sensational colored paintings. Once a month he would call and come over with several of these covers to be photographed onto color print film that he would then have color machine prints made and so he worked these up into art works.

One day he showed up, he had a cover that he wanted shot, but could I get an extreme close up of the end of the cigarette? It was so extreme that the crude dot pattern showed to the degree that all that was seen was the end of the cigarette. Of course these were the old time before filters when on to cigarette, so it did not matter which end of the cigarette one put in the mouth and which end was lit. What got to Curt was that the lit end in the illustration was also with a thick circular deposit of red lipstick.

Curt was enthralled with the illustration. Seems that he had several other copies of that cover art on other books, yet this one had the lipstick ring on the lit end!

So I created this copy with lip stick ring on the wrong end of the smoke and sent it to him. He was delighted to receive the image and the 'remembering' of days gone past.

John, the cigarette is there for white balance calibration or to give you an excuse not to see the suggestion of flowering labia. You're suggesting that henceforth nude shots should have the inner labia [minora] tucked in the labia [majora] external. Personally, I think that flowering labia are most beautiful and the source of great pleasure to both man and woman.

#1 is an absolutely awesome shot. Her facial expression is priceless, and she's as seductive as it gets. The positioning of her body suit is perfect, showcasing her "flowering labia" beautifully. I would want to lighten the overall exposure by 1/3 to 1/2 step, but that's about it. Great shot, excellent sequence. Would love to see more of her!

Beauty is always in the eye of the beholder and I do share the same value with labia as does depullum. And the fact that JohnFrim does not is perfectly fine. However, saying the labia surgery business is booming without quoting a legitimate medical source as reference renders the statement meaningless.

"Flowering Labia"...interesting phraseology..Don't think I have heard that one before. I have only heard "Innie or Outie" in reference to that bit of beautiful feminine anatomy..Much the same with Belly Buttons also.

This is the court of public opinion, not a law court where references are required to back up a claim. I have no idea what statistic you would accept to support my use of the word "booming" (would 10% increase per year suffice?), so your need for proof to support my "meaningless" statement is also meaningless.

Yes, seeing labia minora protruding beyond the labia majora -- especially when they are the primary focus of the image -- is over my red line of "nice." And to address dpullum's comment, image #1 would have been terrific (even with the cigarette, which actually adds an interesting touch) had the minora been tucked away.

I have said before, I am not censoring the website regarding such images, but rather expressing my opinion of the image... and sometimes my assessment of the judgement of the photographer in how he presents the model.

In this thread, image #1 has lots of nice features to draw my focus, but the labia are a distraction from the other aspects. When I see the other posted images I see that this model in this setting can be very nice; hence, no need for the labia to be displayed. In contrast, LAShooter's heavily cropped images showing the fishnet surrounding the labia had only 1 purpose -- to show labia... and to show them in a rather cheap shot, IMHO.

Challenge: if someone wants me (and a few others on UHH) to applaud photos of labia, then let's see them presented artfully.

My great Friend Starena! That is my pet name for her. She would violently object to anyone wanting to alter her yoni, she is a doctor and thinks that whole thing is barbaric. Yes, in the early part of or friendship she asked me if I had looked at her yoni. I had to smile and the joke with her about it, because like that sort of question that women ask about body image.

I dug out a similar image like this one posted here. She studied the image intently, then said, "It's beautiful!" She had never been able to see herself/body from this view. And yes it is. That is when I explained that her yoni gets like this when she is aroused, and which signals when she transforms into that state when, like Voodoo possessed women, she transforms into a totally altered state of consciousness. She truly becomes (is possessed) the Vodon Goddess Lalinn. Here Model Mayhem name is Lalinn.

Serena was surprised, "I transform into Lalinn? And you see my yoni do this?"

So I said yes, I also know to do nothing to interfere with the possession because I know that the magic of the images will move beyond the normal images.

Putting her in water brings forth the powerful Lalinn as well. Serena loves water and it's opposite fire.

After this first image where her yoni appears to be like the flower, a calla lily, you get water images.

Its all weird to many because so many never connect this reality to the belief world. So you get stuck thinking magic as a Harry Potter fable.

I agree; I wouldn’t have heard the term labiaplasty. Some women have it done for non cosmetic reasons. Evidently if the labia minora protrude too much it can me uncomfortable.
