Has anyone had a good or poor experience with purchasing from this site? I ordered and was charged for bounce cards but have not received them. The site says items typically ship in 3 days from placing an order and the buyer is notified when the order ships. I reached out to their customer support two days ago but have no response. The only way to contact the seller is by email. I am concerned the seller may be ill or otherwise incapacitated as given the profile on his site and reputation he doesn’t seem to be a scammer.
He also has an address and phone number at the top of his contact page.
Remember, weekends don't usually count.

Thank you. Where is the contact page? I don’t see this on his website.

At the top of the home page click on "Contact Us"

Thank you!!
The website page does not display on an iPhone or iPad 🙄
Seems a bit dodgy to me. The site contains no manner of contact. The link to abetterbounce.com doesn't work, but redirects to another site. People who try to earn a living from a web site should realize that their site is the same as a store. Things should be easy to find and it needs to work.

This website posted just fine on my iPhone. His phone # is on top of the contact form. The form itself isn’t working for me. The OP should call to get this resolved. They are coming from California, which may be partly responsible for the delay.
These look interesting. Has anyone else tried them? The ad suggest using them off camera; but I would use them on camera. Probably my Rogue Bender does the same thing, though.
Happy to say he responded to me finally last night and product should be sent shortly.
I will keep this group updated though😌

I actually MADE A Better Bounce Card out of crafty foam from Walmart. I bought A Black foam and a White foam and they adhesive already on the back. I stuck them back-to-back, and stapled a Velcro strap around the base. It was great! The results are fantastic! This is the BEST flash diffuser I have to take photos of pets' eyes and not get ANY refection back. Sorry Peter Gregg for making my own! I'm sure you'll be happy with the product!
I read an article years ago about simple DIY photography projects and one was the better bounce card. I made mine out of white craft foam and attached it to my flash with rubber bands. It worked really well. It was really ugly, but it did work well.
