Here my problem hoping someone here on UHH can help
When I call out, the phone voice telling: "the number you dialed xxx xxx xxxx has not received the response from the service provider" When people call my number: The desktop receives the phone, react to the call, but the phone connected to Obihai does not ring, does not answer to the call.
Please help Thanks

This is a question for your service provider. So much we don't know such as is it on all calls, to all areas, are you on a cell or landline and/or which carriers are involved? Guessing it is a cell, all carriers have their networks and suppliers must have service agreements with other suppliers in order for them to have the use of their towers. There are lots of situations and only your carrier can tell you what you need to know in post cases.

I have an OBI and use it for backup to cell phone. It works very well for me. However, I can't answer your question. I would agree with Country Boy, contact your service provider.

I contacted Obihai. They told me to buy a service contract to get help. My device is out of warranty. Since it is much more work to solve the problem, I quick Obi phone. But keep Google voice, and use my computer, android (via G voice) and laptop to make, receive phone call.
