Renascence Fair

A few from our local Renascence Fair 2019. This is only the 4th year we have held this event. It is somewhat lack luster compared to some of the larger ones other places. Still it is fun and gets a little better each year. It was a tough shoot. I don't think the Renascence happened anywhere in the desert :( working in the bright sun with harsh shadows is a challenge. Anyways, here are some of my humble offerings.

Well Frankie, these are great. And you have Jousting. You don't see that in too many Fairs. It looks like a fun time.

Thank you. Jousting is new here this year. I am glad they brought it in. Each year we seem to get a little bit more better :) I use to go to one almost every year back in NY (In Sterling NY). Anyways, they built an entire village dedicated to Renascence Fair. They had big realistic jousting tournaments (like Hollywood style) Were not quite to that level but it's growing. It's fun. I kinda (well I did mess up the jousting shots) experimenting with the Pro Capture mode on my EM1 mark ii) So gots a thousand shots of just one rider. I should know the event is not the place to experiment. I assumed there would be more than on ride so I could get it right the next run.. well you know what assuming does :( there was no next run. I am ready for next year (HEY). Thank you again for your interest and taking a look.
