The subject matter is outstanding, but perhaps this image might be better served in the Post-Processing section. I think the possible beauty of the clouds and the sunlight is way overshadowed by the overall darkness and saturation of the image as a whole. I think I can see the effect you are going for, but IMHO a lighter touch in PP might have rendered a more appealing image.

In my opinion it is more than a tad over done. Back off the saturation. I'll bet that beautiul light was much more subtle. I would also suggest reducing the foreground by at least half and make the image a panorama format.
