Pelosi said she favors lowering the voting age to 16. Because that's when they are learning about government in school. So maybe it should be lowered to 5 or 6 because thats when they learn to read. Just when are these democrats going to stop their naked grab for votes, never. The average 16 year old is a sophomore in high school. They have not learned about government as yet. Most high school graduates no absoluteky nothing about how the government works. Most college graduates no nothinh about how the givernment works

I hear that but if you're going to ask some 18 year old kid to put his life on the line for his country in the armed services, seems like he (or she) should have the right to vote.

Only lib fascist socialist dems could come up with the idea to give 16 year old the right to vote, most of whom have never worked, still get an allowance, have never paid a bill, or real estate taxes, have no idea what a mortgage is, have no career path, are barely able to drive, live with their parents because they are not able to make good decisions and require parental supervision. As a parent, if you are not parenting as you should, you will end up facing a judge. This will never happen.
