I missed out on getting a few rolls when it first came out a few months ago. A store in North Jersey had a few rolls but by the time I got there they were sold out !
So what’s the verdict ? Anyone shooting with it ? Curious to know if it’s like the original film , and is it worth the price ?
Thank you.

One of those "chromes" can no longer be developed.

That's Kodachrome, Jerry. Pretty sure it will never come back.

Hope the new Ektachrome is still dev'd in E6. Still got some chemicals, still got some film.

You might try the review section at B&H, along with some posted examples.

Most online retailers have it in stock. The price is about the same as Fujifilm Velvia & Provia. From what I’ve read it’s nothing much to get excited about. Kodachrome couldn’t compete with Velvia-50, and the new Ektachrome doesn’t seem to be much different than Provia. I’ll try some if they make it in 120 though.

The new Ektachrome is E6 but I don't think Kodak sell E6 chemicals.

I would check the chemicals on unimportant shots first. It may be actually expired as well as being Waaaaay beyond its expiry date.

I have other sources for E6 chemicals, cheaper than Kodaks own packaging.( Fuji )

The reviews are all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.
Apparently Kodak got it right.
Thanks again.

Is it actually Kodak that is providing this film or has some other company acquired the rights.

It might be a good Ektachrome, but IMHO, EPP was the pinnacle of the Ektachrome line. I am mildly disappointed that it was not resurrected...
