1st. Pic. Coopers because of dark "CAP" on head; a Sharp-shinned Hawk would have a dark "HOOD" extending down into the back.

I have to agree. One has a red eye; the other yellow.

The first is a Cooper's hawk. It resembles a Red-shouldered hawk and a Sharp-shinned hawk, but neither of those have that dark "cap" on its head like the Cooper's usually have. The second bird, I'm not sure about.....
Nice photos and informative replies. I learned some. Waiting until someone IDs the second hawk.
