Not sure I understand your comment. Do you mean that they don't answer your email requests for help? They always have answered mine---sure sometimes it has taken a few days, but they always get back to me.

Maybe because he shouts at them too! I have never had problems with Topaz. They were quick and responsive with account info when I sent an email query.

I have been doing business with Topaz labs when you bought the disc and had a id number for each unit. Now they are total AI. Good for them not for consumer problems. They have an address in Texas to write to.
