More troubles with the newest Luminar 3 update?

After the many reports of problems going from Luminar 2018 to Luminar 3, they issued a patch which had it working again. However, now the latest update from last week has it crashing again. Program starts, but won't load.
Anyone else seeing this issue?

I've got both of these and they have been great. Not a minutes trouble. I'm running them on my I-Mac, and MacBook both. I've heard of some issues with the Windows version. I have other Skylum products and haven't had an issue with any of them.

I downloaded it last night, since it's supposed to handle heic files. I couldn't open anything with it.
