Lichen are interesting and often have great color. Once in a park I lay on the ground and go a shot... and lots of ticks.. yikes. There are many interesting shots in the world if only we look and see.

Fascinating bit of nature. Any particular reasons why you included the cord and the green beyond the fence?

Nothing symbolic, the cord is stabilizing one of our peach trees. the green is a field beyond the fence.
