She just cost the state of New York $27 billion.
She thought that NY was going to "pay" $3 billion to Amazon. She jeered Amazon as a "monster corporation", and when that monster corporation quit New York, citing "an atmosphere that was not conducive to their business practices" after being harassed by AOC and her minions...she cheered and said we now have $3 billion to use. (!!!)
WHAT $3 billion? That was the tax cut that Amazon was going to get. The contract stated that $30 billion was the price that Amazon would pay to move to NY...and that the $3 billion was their tax credit. So, New York stood to gain $27 billion!
So genius AOC cost NY $27 billion, and seems to think that she gained $3 billion somehow...even though the deal is dead and Amazon will not be realizing that tax credit.
Does she even realize what she did?
Is this what she wants to do for our country, since she's said she wants to run for President? She can't even do simple math. Could be a problem...just sayin'

Of course she didn't know what she was (is) doing. Reading and understanding a basic economics book is forbidden for libby dimocrats. They are called libretards for a reason. This is just another example of her ego driven simple-mindedness. She should go far in the dim party.

It IS basic economics, and is scary to me that she missed what she just did....and even scarier that no one seems to want to do anything about it!

Her opinion isn’t unanimous, that’s for sure. It may not even be a majority, but it is the opinion of a lot of people. As far as president, she isn’t old enough to run. Stop hyperventilating. You don’t even know if she will win her district in two years.
