I know I said I was going to stop posting, so bear with me (or bare with me, maybe more fun ).

First, I straightened this one. Yay.

My issue is the polarizer artifact darkening the sky towards the right middle. I have tried and tried to learn how to correct this artifact, but I never seem to get it right- always noticeable.

Anyone know of a PP technique to balance the blues??

I wish I did. Hope someone comes up with a simple answer as I have a couple I shot wider than 35mm, before I understood the ramifications, and have the same problem.

Neat that the white strata wraps all the way to the right.

If you have Lightroom, synchronize before making Pano. If that doesn’t do it reduce liminosity in sky on right to match before pano.

In future lock exposure for panos.

Thank you ID guy. I will give both a try if the first one doesn't correct it.

However, may I trouble you a bit more- How does one synchronize? I did the merge using PS-CC 2019 and clicked all three options available.

When I developed these together in PS-CC 2019 in camera raw, I used correct lens profile for both as well as the same adjustments for each. Is that synchronizing? If so, I'll try adjusting the luminosity.Had never thought of that.

Best advice I could offer is never use a CPL on wide angle shots you intend to stitch. And seldom use them on wide angles anyway, just for this very issue.

That is true, but the exact same advice has been presented here dozens of times over the years. Almost ad nauseam.

In Lightroom library module highlight the two images and press the synch on lower right. More than likely you will have to use the luminosity adjustment. Choose luminosity under HSL, click on the button on the upper left and then in the sky on the image you want to adjust. Then drag right one down or left one up.

In future use M mode to lock in exposure. And, as noted, not a good plan to use CP.

Sorry I can't help with the CPL issue, but in spite of that, it is still a gorgeous photo.

You maybe using the wrong filter. A graduated (dark top light bottom) square filter would have been better suited for this shot, theres no way to correct this with post process editing. Better luck next time and look into the drop in graduated filters.
