We spent the weekend before last in one of our favorite places, Pacific Grove, CA. The weather wasn’t stormy like our trip four weeks prior, but the waves were good. We stopped to enjoy the view of Monterey Bay on Ocean View Blvd near Lovers Point (about a mile from the Monterey Bay Aquarium). I got out my camera and was taking some photos, which included some surfers. The first photo was taken with my EF-S 18-135. After so many great surfing photos posted by Brent Harder, I decided a switch to my EF 70-300 was in order and the remaining photos are the result. I realize they are not as good as “the master,” but I hope you enjoy them.

Hahahahahahaaa.......first off Dennis, let's get something straight.......I'm NOT the master! I am a "master in training" though!
I think your photos are good. The waves were pretty good shape and your photos really capture the landscape of the surfing spot very nicely. Your color is nice and sharp too. Thanks for thinking of me along with the topic of surfing Dennis.
