A few stars visible in the download.

Very nice. I slept through it, so thanks for giving me a look. : )
Very nice, congratulations on picking up the stars.
Beautiful! It was very cloudy and snowing here, so we missed it.

Nice capture!
Your comment about the tripod caught my attention... I tried to get a few photos myself last night. But, the moon at eclipse was directly overhead! My tripod head allowed the motion I needed, though. Too bad I don't have an articulated screen, LOL! I did get some images, though they are not all that good. It was cold and windy, made for a short trip outside!
Nice shot. We were in and out watching the eclipse, too cold to stay out long, -5 F.
Nice work. Too much haze here in San Diego to get a clear shot.
Thick cloud here so lovely to see someone take a fabulous photograph of the moon. Quite a sight!

Me too, have work today and get up at 5:30 A.M.
I really like this, like the stars, cool! I went out to shoot but clouds never broke so didn't get any shots.
I would like to thank everyone for stopping by and for all your kind comments.
This picture was taken in Chicago area where the weather gets bitterly cold these days. I only stayed out for about 45 min or so and took maybe 40-50 pictures, most of them blurry and then the moon started to disappear in the clouds.
I wish I had more good ones to work with and maybe try some stacking in PP.
I had to go really slow with the shutter speed, because that red-ish tint made the moon really dark for the camera and going any higher with the ISO never ends up well with this camera's noisy sensor, but on the other hand, as a side effect, the slow shutter speed allowed me to capture the stars.
Making one leg on the tripod short was kind of a risky workaround, but it helped a lot and YES I LOVE the articulated touchscreen display especially on nights like this. It was not my priority when buying the camera, but I appreciate it now. It makes taking tricky angle photos in many situations so much easier.
This is what it looked like.
