Fujifilm XT3, auto ISO issue

Here's a question for the group on auto-ISO in the XT3. I'm three weeks into this camera, having upgraded from the X100F, on which I used auto ISO 909% of the time. Now, on the XT3, even though I have graduated settings (1, 160-800; 2, 640-3200; 3,1000-6400), when set to 1, it always shoots at 4000. Indeed it seems "stuck" here. Any ideas as to what is going on or how to resolve this?

I would take the XT3 into the camera store that you bought if from or speak with the on-lone store and determine your options since your Fuji is not operating properly. I have the XT2 and have never experienced your locked ISO.

You may take the battery out and try again or go to reset and see if this operation frees up your ISO lock at 4000.

Do a reset on the camera and try again. Also, make sure your firmware is up to date.

here's the key: Menu>Set up>Button/Dial setting>Iso Dial Setting (A)>Auto
the last needs to be on auto!
