Yeterday there is a PS update released: If you opened a photo into Photoshop from Lightroom on Windows, the menu commands may have been disabled. Good news - it’s fixed in yesterday's Photoshop update.

I have not used my Photoshop in a couple of weeks so I guess I bypassed the bad update. I keep hearing a lot about the problems people are having with it.

My only complaint about cloud subscriptions is the regular updates. Previously, with annual upgrades, we only had to go through all the problems once each year. Now we go through problems about once a month. I finally learned to turn automatic updates off, and I don't even update until I've been over here at UHH and online to read about both the good and the bad. If the good outweighs the bad—the newest content-aware algorithms are awesome), then I'll upgrade and deal with the bad. Otherwise, I just ignore the regular updates.
