Going to Africa and want to take a really good all-in-one - based on everything I've read, this is the camera I need.
If you have a good to excellent condition RX10 IV, I'd like to buy at a fair price.
Thanks!
That camera receives so much praise on this forum. That I would be surprised anyone will want to sell it.
It is good to see such positive comments - looks like I may be on the right track.... :)

Good luck with that! Suggest you try KEH or MPB or eBay or local Craigslist. And just so you’re aware, most sellers are getting top dollar for this popular camera.

I purchased mine from Adorama at good price. Was a counter model at New York store. Might give them a call and check for any specials.

I got a rx 10 iv after reading good reviews. I like a good bridge camera for concerts ( can never get a camera with removable lens in but sometimes you can take an all in one camera.) I like these cameras for video also. I took it to a recent concert and to say I was blown away by how good it performed would be the understatement of the year. I was using a Panasonic fz 1000 before. That camera, while OK doesn’t hold a candle to the rx 10 iv. The Sony was fantastic at higher ISO with little to no noise. Excellent camera. It’s the first bridge camera I could see taking on a trip and leaving the Canon dslr at home.
I attached a photo from the concert I used the rx 10 iv to shoot. Very Little post processing used.

Yep, that photo is an example why photographers are hanging on to that camera. The iv model was improved from the previous model in focusing. The best of the Panasonic Bridge cameras cannot compete with this camera. And Panasonic Bridge cameras are among the best too.

I concur. The Sony RX10IV is a great camera. I tried to get a used one with no success. I bought a brand new one through Greentoe.
Thanks for all the positive responses.
I found what I think is a great deal on the camera - Best Buy sells their excellent condition open-box RX10 IV for $1275 - includes full warranty and is eligible for the accidental damage (drops/spills) coverage.
This deal is only available on-line and they don't always have one in stock, but if you're interested just keep checking the website - it took me a few days to secure one (missed out on one by not acting timely).
I have the RX10-iii if interested. I used it in Patagonia and Peru. Depending on the use is as good as the RX10-iv (which I currently use).
Nsilberma -
Thanks for the offer, but I have located a RX10-iv - It will be delivered Monday, really looking forward to checking it out.
