Same in my yard - a pair raised a brood nearby this last summer and the young are still in the area. I see them in my yard on a fairly regular basis.
The crows either ignore them or get together and chase them away. Some of the hummers come anyway. They trust to being tiny, fast and agile with lots of places they can duck and hide.
same here , my copper hawk is eating my finches and doves , every days .bad bird ! .

Rick
They get after mine too. Sometimes the crows chase them away, or if they are sitting on a large lime I shoot into the lime near them. That seams to work for about 2 to 3 weeks.
