I have a fundamental problem with post processing in that I don't know when to quit, i.e., I can't even decide what amount of processing I like best. So I'm coming to you hoggers with several options of several photos to give me your learned opinions. I have several sets of photos to compare so if you would like to help me please keep looking at the thread as I will post more after I get some opinions on each set. Thank you in advance

Set 1, which crop?

They are both ok, each being an image on its own! Which speaks most to you? That's the one you need to pick! It does not matter what we think/ what anybody else thinks! The only thing what matters, is what you think. You process until you reach the point, were YOU are satisfied with the results/were you have what you initially had in your mind when taking the picture and no one can tell you any different, that's the wrong way to go!

Thanks for your comment speters, but my problem is that in many cases I can't decide which I like best so I thought other opinions would help.

I think they can both work. Not to complicate your life, but I think I would take A and try cropping a little off the left side and the bottom....
