Nikon adapter

Just picked up an old Spiratone Belloscope. It has a Nikon adapter for the lens end but has an older Canon FD fitting on the camera end of the scope. Can I simply remove it and use a T2 adapter for Nikon in it's place? Or does someone have an adapter they are willing to part with?

It might be easier (and cheaper) to just get a Nikon bellows, but if you can replace the mount, why not? How is the FD fitting attached?

Yes the camera end is T2. Eazy peazy.

The front end is harder to find, so you
are lucky to already have Nikon there.

FWIW, if you're ever looking for a front
end, it's called a "reverse-T" and they
were scarce even when the unit was a
recent device ... so slim pickinz.

While the Nikon units (PB4) are more full-featured, they are much more expensive. I got this one for $35.00
