I no longer have a need for this lens: Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Contemporary Lens for Canon EF. I have used it twice in the year I've owned it. It is in mint condition. It is complete with end caps, hood, manual, and original box in mint shape. I purchased it new from B&H. It has had a UV filter on since new. I also have a Lowepro lens case for it.
I am asking $650 via PayPal and I will ship free in the 48 contiguous US.

I am quite interested in this lens. I was going to purchase it in the next. couple of weeks. Pm me if it is still available.

I am curious as to why you seldom used this lens. I have it, and find it very useful, especially for outdoor events. Did you find major limitations in using it? Thanks for your reply.

I have found that the Sigma 50-500 lens fits my use better. The 150mm on is not wide enough for where I am going to shoot. The 50 mm gives me more ability to use the lens when I can only carry one lens. The difference from the 500 to 600 on the tele side, to me, is insignificent. The weight is not much different either.
Both lenses are great. I do have a tendency to leave one lens on when out shooting. I am partial to either my Sigma 17-70 for indoor or general shooting, and the 50-500 for wild life shooting in parks and refuges.

I stand corrected. My lens is also the Sigma 50-500. And I love using it; and use it for some of the reasons that you mention. My apology about the question. I totally overlooked that the advertised lens was 150-500. That also explains the quoted price. At any rate, I wish you continued happy shooting with the 50-500.
