Thanks, tommy2. It's the annual Dickens on the Strand festival in Galveston. It's really an interesting event.

I like all of the elements of this - perfect "accidental" street combination. The guys in the foreground, the rather boring looking people exiting stage left, the guy in the frock coat and top hat. Excellent composition, shot with your usual technical skill. One of my favorites of yours.
